The Deed of Partnership was executed on dated 30.04.2021 and subsequent to the reconstituted deed on dated 07.06.2024. At that time 1) Sri Ashis Mohanty, 2)Sri SRIRANG KUMAR SABAT, 3) Sri MOHAMMAD RIYAZ were the partners of the partnership firm namely "M/S. SAR AGENCY" Vide Regd. No.-18202100745 of 2021 whose Head Office is situated at PLOT NO-126/2462, KHANDAGIRI VIHAR, PO/PS-KHANDAGIRI, BHUBANESWAR-751030, KHORDHA, ODISHA. Again on dated 07.06.2024, the deed has been reconstituted. This time 1) Sri SRIRANG KUMAR SABAT, 2) Sri MOHAMMAD RIYAZ are the partners of the Firm. Here, 1) Sri. SRIRANG KUMAR SABAT, 2) Sri. MOHAMMAD RIYAZ are the EXISTING PARTNER whereas Sri. Ashis Mohanty is the OUTGOING PARTNER.
