By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate BHUBANESWAR on Dated 29th May 2024, I, Mr. AKEI SAHOO, Address AT-BHUBANPUR, BARAPADA,PO-BRAHMAGIRI, SUB DISTRICT-SADAR, DIST-PURI, PIN-752011, ODISHA have changed my name from "PRIYA SAHOO" to "AKEI SAHOO". Henceforth, I shall be known as "AKEI SAHOO" for all purposes.
