By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Cuttack on Dated 2nd February 2024, I, Mr. Bhagabat Singh, Address At-Sauri, Po-Mahasinghpur, Dist-Cuttack, Pin-754200 have changed my name from "Litu Singh" to "Bhagabat Singh". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bhagabat Singh" for all purposes.
