By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate NISCHINTAKOILI on Dated 16th February 2024, I, Mr. BITI SOHAM SAKSHYAT MOHARANA, Address BADATHAKAN,KHANDASHI have changed my name from "B.T. SOHAM SAKSHYAT MOHARANA" to "BITI SOHAM SAKSHYAT MOHARANA". Henceforth, I shall be known as "BITI SOHAM SAKSHYAT MOHARANA" for all purposes.
