By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 9th July 2024,I, Mr. Pabitra Kumar Rath , Address Flat A-101, Shantivaan, Belgachhia, Trishulia, Cuttack, Odisha, India, 754005 have changed my Son's name from "S AARAV RATH" to "AARAV RATH". Henceforth, He shall be known as "AARAV RATH" for all purposes.
