By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 20th June 2024, I, Mrs. Kamala Bahadur, Address At-Masjid Colony, Unit-III, Kharavel Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Dist.-Khordha have changed my name from "Rita Bahadur" to "Kamala Bahadur". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Kamala Bahadur" for all purposes.
