By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Kakatpur on Dated 24th June 2024, I, Mr. Shaikh Saratullah, Address At/Po - Rasulpur, P.S - Kakatpur, Dist - Puri have changed my name from "Sk Bkaullah" to "Shaikh Saratullah". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Shaikh Saratullah" for all purposes.
