By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Bhubaneswar on Dated 29th July 2024,I, Mr. Abhay kumar Behera, Address MIG-II,21/2 housing board colony,c.s.pur,Bhubaneswar,odisha- 751016, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "Sahil Priyadarshee" to "Ayushman Priyadarshee". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Ayushman Priyadarshee" for all purposes.
