By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate BHUBANESWAR on Dated 20th June 2024, I, Mr. PRATAP JENA, Address AT-BADATAILA ,PO-RAJKANIKA PS-RAJKANIKA DIST- KENDRAPARA, ODISHA, Odisha, have changed my name from "PRATAP PETAMBER JENA" to "PRATAP JENA". Henceforth, I shall be known as "PRATAP JENA" for all purposes.
