By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate PURI on Dated 25th July 2024,I, Mrs. KABITA SAHOO, Address AT- RAMACHANDI , BALIKUDA SAHI , PO- PURI-2, PS- KUMBHARAPADA, PIN-752002 DIST-PURI, ODISHA, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "SANTOSH KUMAR SAHOO" to "RUDRANARAYAN SAHOO". Henceforth, He shall be known as "RUDRANARAYAN SAHOO" for all purposes.
