By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Notary Public JHARSUGUDA on Dated 1st August 2024,I, Mr. TUNIR KEJRIWAL, Address Khata no.946, Plot no. 2119, Kejriwal House, Shyam Darbar Gali, Marwari Para, Jharsuguda,Odisha, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "TRISHAAN KEJRIWAL" to "VEDANSH KEJRIWAL". Henceforth, He shall be known as "VEDANSH KEJRIWAL" for all purposes.
