By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 20th July 2024, I, Mrs. Rajani Chaini, Address At-Kunjar, Pipili, Puri, Odisha, 752104, Odisha, have changed my name from "Ranjulata Chaini" to "Rajani Chaini". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Rajani Chaini" for all purposes.
