By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 22nd July 2024,I, Mr. Ashutosh Sarangi, Address Village - Deulapara, Po - Deulapara, PS - Mahakalapara, Dist - Kendrapara, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "Priti Priyanshu Sarangi" to "Aditya Sarangi". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Aditya Sarangi" for all purposes.
