By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Nabarangpur on Dated 8th October 2024, I, Mr. Sabitri Ball, Address At: Jamarunda, Po: Jamarunda, PS: Umerkote, Dist: Nabarangpur, PIN CODE-764073, Odisha, have changed my name from "Sabitri Mandal" to "Sabitri Ball". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Sabitri Ball" for all purposes.
