By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 1st July 2024,I, Mr. Ashoka Kumar Jena, Address At- Jadi Sahi, Near DELTA IB, Unit-8, PO- Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar,PIN-751012, Odisha, have changed my Daughter's name from "Ahana Kuladipa" to "Ahana Rani Jena". Henceforth, She shall be known as "Ahana Rani Jena" for all purposes.
