By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Saintala on Dated 13th September 2024,I, Mr. Golekha Bhoi, Address At-Phapsi (Badmal), Po -Gandapatrapali, Ps - Saintala, Dist:- Balangir, Odisha, Pin - 767032, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "Rohan Kumar Bhoi" to "Kushumesh Kumar Bhoi". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Kushumesh Kumar Bhoi" for all purposes.
