By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 10th November 2024, I, Mr. shama sultana niazo, Address B1-99 Lingaraj Vihar, Pokhariput, Odisha, have changed my name from "Shama Sultana Niazo" to "Shema Zabid". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Shema Zabid" for all purposes.
