By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate SUKINDA JAJPUR on Dated 2nd August 2024, I, Mrs. SUTRI HEMBROM, Address PATAPUR, SANSAILO, JAJPUR, ODISHA, 755018, Odisha, have changed my name from "MUTRI HEMBRAM" to "SUTRI HEMBROM". Henceforth, I shall be known as "SUTRI HEMBROM" for all purposes.
