By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public CUTTACK on Dated 20th September 2024, I, Mr. SURESH KUMAR GOENKA, Address NAYASARAK, P.O.- CHANDINI CHOWK, P.S.- LALBAG, DIST- CUTTACK-753002, Odisha, have changed my name from "SURESH GOENKA" to "SURESH KUMAR GOENKA".
