By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate BALASORE on Dated 28th October 2024, I, Mrs. PUSPITA BEHERA, Address AT/PO/VIA- PATRAPUR, PS- BALIAPAL, DIST- BALASORE, PIN- 756083, Odisha, have changed my name from "PUSPITA PRADHAN" to "PUSPITA BEHERA". Henceforth, I shall be known as "PUSPITA BEHERA" for all purposes.
