By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate ERASAMA on Dated 13th November 2024, I, Mr. PRASANJEET SWAIN, Address VILL- KHURANTUTHA, PO- KUNJAKOTHI, PS- ERASAMA, DIST- JAGATSINGHPUR, PIN- 754139, Odisha, have changed my name from "PRASANJIT SWAIN" to "PRASANJEET SWAIN". Henceforth, I shall be known as "PRASANJEET SWAIN" for all purposes.
