By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 3rd October 2024, I, Mrs. Jharana Pradhan, Address At/Po- Bahabalpur, Via-Haldipada Ps- Bahabalpur marine PS, Dist-Balasore, Pin-756027, Odisha, have changed my name from "Jharana Mangal" to "Jharana Pradhan". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Jharana Pradhan" for all purposes.
