By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate NIMAPADA on Dated 19th November 2024, I, Mrs. PRAMILA KUMARI DEBI, Address AT-HANSAPADA, PO-CHANARPADA, P.S.-NIMAPARA, DIST-PURI (ODISHA), PIN-752106, Odisha, have changed my name from "PRAMILA PANDA" to "PRAMILA KUMARI DEBI". Henceforth, I shall be known as "PRAMILA KUMARI DEBI" for all purposes.
