By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Notary Public Sukinda Jajpur Road on Dated 7th November 2024,I, Mr. Mahammad Nasir, Address At- New Siaria Trijanga Colony, Post- Danagadi, Dist- Jajpur, Pin-755026, Odisha, have changed my Daughter's name from "RAHIMA QASAF NASIR" to "ANAM NASIR". Henceforth, She shall be known as "ANAM NASIR" for all purposes.
