By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Cuttack town on Dated 22nd October 2024, I, Mrs. Pathiwada Pavani, Address Q.No-1, Type-V, CISF KRTC Mundali, Cuttack, Odisha, have changed my name from "Pavani Byreddi" to "Pathiwada Pavani". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Pathiwada Pavani" for all purposes.
