By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate on Dated 4th January 2025, I, Mr. Goutam Samanta Singhar, Address Flat No. 214, Madhukunj Enclave, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "Debabrata Samanta Singhar" to "Devbrat Samanta Singhar". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Devbrat Samanta Singhar" for all purposes.
