By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 18th December 2024,I, Mrs. Muni Munda, Address At-Giridharipur,Po-Sunaposhi,Via-Champua,Dist Keonjhar,Odisha, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "Motilal Munda Alias Manoj Kumar Soy" to "Motilal Munda". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Motilal Munda" for all purposes.
