By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 30th October 2024, I, Mrs. Khunni, Address W/o Dhruba Charan Rout, resident of At-Khalpal, P.O.- Mundeilo, P.S-Parjang, Dist.-Dhenkanal, PIN-759120, Odisha, Odisha, have changed my name from "Kuni Rout" to "Khunni". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Khunni" for all purposes.
