By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Bargarh on Dated 6th November 2024,I, Mrs. Anita Bibhara, Address Dukalghat, Tikrapada Balangir District, Odisha 767001, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "Ashutosh William Jaiswal" to "David Shibu Mathew". Henceforth, He shall be known as "David Shibu Mathew" for all purposes.
