By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 2nd December 2024, I, Mr. Bhagaban Bisoi, Address At-Bhagabanpur Po-Patrapada Ps-Tamando Dist-khordha, Odisha, have changed my name from "Bhagan Bisoi" to "Bhagaban Bisoi". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bhagaban Bisoi" for all purposes.
