By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 7th December 2024,I, Mr. SUNIL KUMAR PATRA, Address House No - 07, Anand Harmony Villa, Kanan Vihar PH - II, PO - Patia, PS - Infocity, Bhubaneswar, Dist - Khordha, Odisha - 751024., Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "SAI KRISHNA" to "SAI KRISHNA PATRA". Henceforth, He shall be known as "SAI KRISHNA PATRA" for all purposes.
