By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate Khordha on Dated 3rd December 2024,I, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sahoo, Address At- Thakurpada, Po- Pubusahi, Ps/Dist- Khordha, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "Aditya Kumar Sahoo" to "Sarbeswar Sahoo". Henceforth, He shall be known as "Sarbeswar Sahoo" for all purposes.
