By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate RAIRANGPUR on Dated 10th December 2024,I, Mrs. LAKSHMI PATRA, Address AT-KANDSORE ,PO-TALGAON ,PS-JAMDA ,DIST-MAYURBHANJ ,PIN-757045, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "PRABHAT RANJAN PATRA" to "PARTHASARATHI DEV PATRA". Henceforth, He shall be known as "PARTHASARATHI DEV PATRA" for all purposes.
