By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 30th January 2025, I, Mrs. Bharati Priya Jena, Address Deulatara, Muradpur, Deulatara, Kendrapara, Odisha, have changed my name from "Bharati Jena" to "Bharati Priya Jena". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bharati Priya Jena" for all purposes.
