By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate BHAPUR on Dated 15th January 2025, I, Mrs. SUNIPRAVA BISWAL, Address VILL- BEGUNIA, PO- NILAKANTHESWARPUR, PS- FATEGARH, DIST- NAYAGARH, PIN- 752063, Odisha, have changed my name from "SONIPRABHA BISWAL" to "SUNIPRAVA BISWAL". Henceforth, I shall be known as "SUNIPRAVA BISWAL" for all purposes.
