Ananta Samal, At-Haripur, PO- Khadianga, PS- Badachana, Dist- Jajpur, Pin- 755049, Odisha, have changed my name from "Mataji Samal" to "Sulochana Samal". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Sulochana Samal" for all purposes.
