By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Patnagarh on Dated 13th September 2024, I, Mrs. Laxmipriya Sahu, Address At/Po Maruan PS Patnagarh Dist Balangir, Odisha, have changed my name from "Bandana Sahu" to "Laxmipriya Sahu". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Laxmipriya Sahu" for all purposes.
