By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate BHUBANESWAR on Dated 20th December 2024,I, Mr. SUSHANTA KUMAR ROUT, Address N-14,AIRPORT COLONY,NEAR NAVEEN NIWAS,AERODROME AREA,BHUBANESWAR, Odisha, have changed my Daughter's name from "BIBYANSHI ROUT" to "DIBYANSHI ROUT". Henceforth, She shall be known as "DIBYANSHI ROUT" for all purposes.
