By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Banpur on Dated 24th September 2024, I, Mrs. Bijuli Behera, Address At-Aswari Patana,Po-Badakul,Dist- Khorda,State-OdishaPIN-752030, Odisha, have changed my name from "Jhali Behera" to "Bijuli Behera". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bijuli Behera" for all purposes.
