Dharama Reddy, resident of Reddy Basti, Budhanagar, VTC : Bhubaneswar (M.C), P.O-Budheswari Colony, Dist.-Khordha, PIN-751006, Odisha, Odisha, have changed my name from "Dumpa Somesh" to "D. Someshu Reddy". Henceforth, I shall be known as "D. Someshu Reddy" for all purposes.
