By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate TARBHA on Dated 15th October 2024,I, Mr. Mr. PRAVANJAN HARIPAL, Address AT-ARDA, POST- RANISARDA, PS-TARBHA , DIST-SUBARNAPUR 767020, Odisha, have changed my Daughter's name from "RENUKA HARIPAL" to "NIHARIKA HARIPAL". Henceforth, She shall be known as "NIHARIKA HARIPAL" for all purposes.
