By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 6th March 2025,I, Mr. Debasish Sahu, Address Plot no -1012 , Samantrapur ,Sriram Nagar ,Bhubaneswar- 2,Khurdha ,Odisha, Odisha, have changed my Daughter's name from "Deblin Prusty" to "Deblin Sahu". Henceforth, She shall be known as "Deblin Sahu" for all purposes.
