By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Executive Magistrate PATTAMUNDAI on Dated 6th December 2024,I, Mr. RAJAKISHORE ROUL, Address AT/PO-MADANPUR, PS/TAHASIL- PATTAMUNDAI, DIST-KENDRAPARA, PIN-754246, Odisha, have changed my Daughter's name from "RISHIT RALIN ROUL" to "RISITALIN ROUL". Henceforth, She shall be known as "RISITALIN ROUL" for all purposes.
