By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Rajnagar on Dated 18th October 2024, I, Mr. Chiranjit jena, Address At/Po- Rangani, Block-rajnagar, dist-kendrapara, state-odisha, pin-754248, Odisha, have changed my name from "Chandrajit jena" to "Chiranjit jena". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Chiranjit jena" for all purposes.
