By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 2nd July 2024, I, Mrs. Apurva Tibrewal, Address PLOT N0-972, FOREST PARK STREET, BHIMPUR,AIRPORT, DIST-KHURDA, 751009, Odisha, have changed my name from "Apurva Agrawal" to "Apurva Tibrewal". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Apurva Tibrewal" for all purposes.
