By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhubaneswar on Dated 5th January 2025, I, Mr. Bideshi Kumar Sahu, Address At/Po-Buguda, Ganjam, Odisha, Odisha, have changed my name from "Dinesh Sahu" to "Bideshi Kumar Sahu". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bideshi Kumar Sahu" for all purposes.
