By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Bhubaneswar on Dated 15th January 2025, I, Mrs. Prabhatnalini Sahu, Address Plot No.12,Lane-1,Bapuji Nagar,Bhubaneswar-751009, Odisha, have changed my name from "Pravat Nalini Sahu" to "Prabhatnalini Sahu". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Prabhatnalini Sahu" for all purposes.
