By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Notary Public Bhawanipatna on Dated 29th October 2024, I, Mr. Narendra Behera, Address At/Po- Basantapada, Ps-Lanjigarh, Dist- Kalahandi, PIN-766027, Odisha, have changed my name from "Narendra Nag" to "Narendra Behera". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Narendra Behera" for all purposes.
