By virtue of an affidavit sworn before the Executive Magistrate Kantapada on Dated 17th December 2024, I, Mr. Bipin Bihari Khuntia, Address At-Gelpur, P.O-G.Nahalpur, Dist-Cuttack, Odisha, have changed my name from "Bipin Chandra Khuntia" to "Bipin Bihari Khuntia". Henceforth, I shall be known as "Bipin Bihari Khuntia" for all purposes.
