By virtue of an affidavit sworn before Notary Public BARGARH on Dated 6th December 2024, I, Mr. ANANTA PRADHAN, Address AT/PO- BARGAON, VIA- BARDOL, PS-BARGARH, DIST- BARGARH, STATE- ODISHA, PIN- 76803, Odisha, have changed my Son's name from "AHAN PRADHAN" to "SUBINDRA PRADHAN". Henceforth, He shall be known as "SUBINDRA PRADHAN" for all purposes.
